La Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Manizales, es una instituci\u00f3n de educaci\u00f3n superior, privada, de utilidad com\u00fan, sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, y se define como una comunidad acad\u00e9mica que, a trav\u00e9s de la dinamizaci\u00f3n del aprendizaje y la investigaci\u00f3n, el di\u00e1logo riguroso interdisciplinario y la proyecci\u00f3n regional y nacional, produce conocimiento y crea pensamiento para transformar positivamente la realidad a partir de la formaci\u00f3n de ciudadanos responsables, comprometidos y conocedores del territorio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

La UAM participa en el proyecto REDUNETE aportando su experiencia de cerca de 20 a\u00f1os en el tema de incorporaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda digital en educaci\u00f3n, proceso gestionado por UAMVIRTUAL, unidad que brinda el soporte desde lo educativo, tecnol\u00f3gico y administrativo a dos programas virtuales de pregrado y tres programas de posgrado, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n en la implementaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica de incorporaci\u00f3n de los TIC en los procesos acad\u00e9micos de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
